Job summary
GAP Group Apprentices are training to become Hire & Sales Coordinators, gaining an NVQ Level 2 in Hire Desk Operations through on-the-job experience and online training.
You will learn how to run an effective hire desk, manage stock, drive sales and handle customer queries while coordinating drivers to meet customers' needs. The programme starts with salary scales and progresses as you complete Year 1.
Qualifications
- 4 National 4s or above
- Interest in customer service and sales
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and IT skills
