Toad Hall Nursery Langley in Slough (SL3 8BB) is offering an Early Years Educator Apprentice position. Earn while you learn, working towards your Level 3 qualification in Childcare, with hands-on experience alongside experienced staff.

Join a supportive team, plan and monitor activities for children from birth to five, follow the EYFS framework, and move toward a full-time role after the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at grade C or higher, or willingness to complete functional skills.
• Strong interest in working with children and a good work ethic.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with staff and children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate activities for children from birth to five years.
• Care for children in your room within a key person system.
• Keep the environment stimulating with appropriate displays and resources.
• Assist with daily checks and safeguarding of children.
• Work within the EYFS framework and support qualified staff daily.
• Learn nursery nurse skills on the job and contribute to records.
