Job summary

Toad Hall Nursery is inviting applications for a Modern Apprentice in Early Years. You will train alongside experienced childcare professionals while working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

The role is a full-time apprenticeship, 40 hours per week, with 20% off-the-job learning and supported study time. The apprenticeship offers hands-on skills in a caring nursery setting, the chance to contribute to children’s first years of learning, and a salary of £16,765 per annum plus

• No prior childcare experience required, transferable skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily routines (meals, play, naps, personal care).
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate interest in child development and learning.
