You will plan, deliver, assess and support learners to achieve qualifications with flexible delivery models including face-to-face, online and hybrid. You will undertake initial assessments, develop personalised learning plans and work with employers to ensure progression and work-based application of skills, while meeting safeguarding and Ofsted

• Level 5 in subject sector specialism (essential)
• Level 3 CAVA (essential)
• Level 3 AET (essential)
• GCSE English/Maths (A*-C) (essential)
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• BA in subject sector (desirable)
• Level 4 IQA (desirable)
• Level 5 CET (desirable)
• IOSH Health & Safety at Work (desirable)
• First Aid at Work (desirable)

Responsabilités

• Responsible for an agreed caseload of learners and high‑quality training, coaching, mentoring and assessment.
• Design and deliver learning across face‑to‑face, online and hybrid models.
• Undertake initial assessments and plan personalised learning.
• Plan sessions to meet industry standards and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with employers to develop training plans and support progression.
• Provide Information, Advice & Guidance throughout the learner journey.
• Ensure induction, safeguarding, and effective learning strategies are in place.
• Record and track learning hours, assessments and progression.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic systems.
