Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Teacher Assistant to support children across Harrogate and surrounding primary schools on a temporary contract. You will work with class teachers to deliver engaging activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

The role requires strong classroom management, excellent communication with pupils, staff and parents, and the ability to adapt to SEND needs while creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage learners.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable approach.
• Flexible across different Early Years provisions in Primary schools.

Job Title: Early Years Teacher Assistant

Location: Harrogate and surrounding areas

The Role:

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher Assistant to work on a temporary contract across various Primary schools across the Harrogate and surrounding areas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help give our youngest children the best start to their school experience. You will need a strong understanding of the Early years foundation stage framework (EYFS) and be able to create an inclusive, nurturing environment that helps children build their confidence and curiosity in a classroom environment.

• You will be helping deliver engaging lessons alongside the class teacher in line with the National Curriculum, to meet the needs of the children and across Early Years provision.
• Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages a love for learning and promotes pupil development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support children.
• Be able to adapt your teaching approach to meet various SEND needs of the children.
• Committed to help create a safe and engaging environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.

The School and Requirements:
