Academics Ltd in Harrow, London, is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children's development in a busy nursery setting. You will assist with daily routines, help deliver play-based learning, and contribute to assessments with teachers and EYFS colleagues.

The role is full-time, term-time only, Monday to Friday, with pro rata pay £28,527–£30,171 FTE. The school offers a welcoming community, ongoing professional development, and a well-resourced EYFS environment.

• Salary: £28,527-£30,171 FTE, adjusted pro rata for term-time-only hours

About the School

This well-resourced school in Harrow has developed one of the borough's first school-based nurseries. Alongside its established Nursery, the provision delivers high-quality early education and care for children from nine months to four years.

The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
• Assist with children's daily routines and personal care where required
• Support children's communication, confidence and independence
• Help plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities
• Observe children's development and contribute to assessments and planning
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other EYFS colleagues
• Contribute positively to room practice and the wider EYFS provision
