Job summary

Academics Ltd in Harrow, London, is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support the Nursery and EYFS learners within a well-resourced school. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a salary of 28,527–30,171 GBP FTE, adjusted pro rata for term-time hours.

You will assist with daily routines, support development through play-based activities, and collaborate with teachers to plan assessments and learning experiences. Start date is as soon as possible, with Monday–Friday pattern.

About the School

This well-resourced school in Harrow has developed one of the borough's first school-based nurseries. Alongside its established Nursery, the provision delivers high-quality early education and care for children from nine months to four years.

The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
