Long Term Futures is recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a small independent specialist school near Newark. You will provide high levels of 1:1 support to younger children, helping with communication, engagement and early learning skills.
You will mainly work with younger pupils but may support older pupils when required. Level 3 TA or EY qualification is preferred; Level 2 candidates will be considered. Immediate interviews and trial days are available.

Pay: 100- 120 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term to Permanent

The school supports children and young people aged 5-19 with autism and associated needs. You will work predominantly with the school's younger children, providing a high level of 1:1 support within a small and nurturing provision. The role will focus on developing communication, engagement, emotional regulation and early learning skills, although you should also be comfortable supporting older pupils across the school when required.
Trial days are being arranged immediately.
