Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work five days a week at a Bedlington school, 8.30am to 3.30pm.

You will support across the Early Years classrooms, helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore.

Requirements include a minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification, experience with primary pupils and those with SEND, and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with primary school aged children.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• An ability to work as part of a team.

£462.80 - £525 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education are looking for a Early Years Teaching Assistant to work 5 days a week at a lovely school in Bedlington. Workingas part of an established team, the Early Years TA will be supporting across the Early Years Classrooms. You would be helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore. The role would be every Monday to Friday to cover 8.30am - 3.30pm. Experience working within Early Years would be essential, as well as a minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.

The desired Early Years Practitioner will have;

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
