Equitas is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northamptonshire that is seeking a skilled EYFS Teacher to lead and inspire pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage from September 2025.



Job Title: EYFS Teacher (Qualified & Experienced)



Location: Northamptonshire



Start Date: September 2025



Contract: Full-Time, Permanent



Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Must have proven EYFS teaching experience



EYFS Teacher – The Role:



As a confident and experienced Early Years professional, you will take full responsibility for delivering the EYFS curriculum to a class of Reception-aged pupils. This includes:





  • Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based lessons tailored to each child's needs




  • Leading classroom routines, phonics, and early learning development




  • Monitoring progress, completing observations, and maintaining accurate assessment records




  • Working closely with support staff, SLT, and parents to ensure holistic development




  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment





Your experience and ability to confidently manage the demands of an EYFS setting will make you an essential part of this school's early years provision.
