Job summary

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Harlow seeks an Early Years Teacher to enrich children's development and meet their individual needs. Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
  • Ability to deliver expert knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Ownership of assessments and planning for key children.

  • Ensure individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
  • Take ownership of observations and planning in line with EYFS.

What to expect as an Early Years Teacher

  • You will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Deliver expert knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
  • And most of all…have FUN!

*To apply for this role, you must hold an Early Years Teaching qualification and have previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher)*
