Job summary

Bretsa Early Years is seeking a friendly Resourcer to join its busy recruitment team in Greater London. You will spend your day sourcing and engaging with candidates, learning what they want, and guiding them into nursery and school roles.

Using recruitment platforms and search tools, you’ll build a compliant candidate pool and work closely with consultants to fill roles efficiently. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, salary £25,000 plus performance bonuses.
