Job summary

Bretsa Early Years in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team. You will spend your day sourcing and engaging with candidates, learning what they’re looking for and guiding them into roles within nurseries and schools.

Working with recruitment consultants, you’ll build a strong pool of fully compliant candidates ready for work, using a range of platforms and search tools.

Job description

At Bretsa Early Years, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone, speaking to new people and creating connections. You’ll spend your day sourcing and engaging with candidates, finding out what they’re looking for and helping them take the next step into roles within nurseries and schools.

Using a range of recruitment platforms and search tools, you’ll identify potential candidates, make initial contact and guide them through our registration and compliance process. You’ll work closely with our recruitment consultants to build a strong pool of high-quality, fully compliant candidates ready for work.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident, friendly and comfortable spending lots of time on the phone
• Naturally good at building rapport with people
• Proactive and happy to approach and engage new candidates
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using search tools, databases and recruitment platforms
• Able to multitask and work in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Positive, motivated and a strong team player
• Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience

Recruitment experience would be an advantage, but personality, communication skills and the right attitude are just as important.

Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm.

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus performance based bonuses.
