Job summary

Bretsa Early Years is seeking a motivated Trainee Early Years Recruitment Consultant to join our busy temporary recruitment team. No prior recruitment experience is required; you’ll learn the full 360° recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in temporary nurseries and schools.

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday with rotating shift patterns, offering £28,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Confident, hardworking and highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Enjoys talking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for candidate compliance and safeguarding.
• Keen to learn and build a long-term career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting Early Years candidates.
• Speaking to candidates and conducting initial screening; registering new candidates.
• Managing compliance and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Matching and placing temporary staff into nursery and school shifts.
• Working closely with the team to fill daily bookings and meet deadlines.
