Job summary

Tudhoe Moor Nursery School wishes to appoint a confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our Early Years Team. The post is full time, 8.30am–4.30pm, with 5.00pm finish on Wednesdays, and the role runs until 31 August 2027.

The successful candidate will have nursery setting experience, including work with children who have additional needs, and will be able to engage with all pupils as a dedicated key worker. A safeguarding focus and enhanced DBS disclosure are required.

Qualifications

• Nursery setting experience of at least five years.
• Experience with Early Years children who have additional needs is essential.
• Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside pupils in the three and four year old room.
• Be a key worker for a group of children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children; participate in DBS process.
