Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Plymouth seeks an experienced Early Years Supervisor to lead and develop a room team, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and education. You will support safeguarding, plan-learning aligned with EYFS, and nurture partnerships with families and external agencies.

You’ll have opportunities to grow leadership and specialist skills, with flexible working options and a competitive salary of c.£29,078.40 per annum.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support your room team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's development, wellbeing and progress.
• Build relationships with children, families and external agencies.
• Monitor planning, assessments and room standards for positive outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and support colleagues through inductions and supervisions.
• Support room improvements, audits and quality activity.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership and specialist expertise in safeguarding, EYFS practice, coaching, and quality improvement.
