Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Plymouth is seeking qualified Early Years professionals to join our nursery team. We are looking an Early Years Educator / Early Childhood Professional to play a key role in children's early development.

This role involves delivering high-quality early education in line with the EYFS, supporting wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion, and working closely with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements.
• Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
• Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice.
