Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Supervisor for our Bradley Stoke nursery. You will lead a room team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting children's development and wellbeing while building strong relationships with families and partners.

The role requires supervisory experience, Level 3 EYFS qualifications, and a proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for developing children and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Supervisory experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation
• Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine passion for developing children and colleagues
• Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards

We're looking for Early Years Supervisor with experience in child development and committed to supporting children's growth and learning based at our Bradley Stoke nursery.

As an Early Years Supervisor, you'll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.
