Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory experience within an Early Years setting is required.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation is essential.
• Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills are essential.
• Proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for developing children and colleagues is expected.
• Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards.

As an Early Years Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.
