Happy Days Nurseries in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Early Years Manager to lead our nursery and preschool. The role is full-time, with a salary of up to £42,500 per annum plus a performance-related bonus.

You will oversee daily operations, drive high standards of care and education, and inspire your team while strengthening ties with families and the local community. You will lead day-to-day activities, ensure EYFS compliance, and foster a nurturing environment where children can

• Level 3+ Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
