Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant – Waltham Forest

Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming temporary SEN assignments in Waltham Forest from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted.

Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £95–£115 per day PAYE
Location: Waltham Forest
Contract: Temporary, school-based and on-site

The work may involve early communication, autism and developmental delay. Key responsibilities include:

• support play-based learning and communication
• use routines and visuals
• monitor small-step progress with the class team

Experience: Early-years, nursery, primary or SEND experience is required.

Qualifications: Early Years or Level 2/3 TA training is desirable; QTS is not required.

You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
