TEC Partnership is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join Little Stars Day Nursery in Grimsby. This permanent, part-time role offers 15 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, including lunchtime shifts.

Applicants must hold a full, relevant level 2/3 qualification in Early Years and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills in a busy nursery environment. The successful candidate will work with a supportive team to ensure high standards of care and

About the role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate level 2/3 early years’ practitioner to join our friendly team within a very busy established nursery. You must have a full and relevant level 2/3 qualification in Early Years.

This position includes working over the lunch time period which can be a very busy time therefore you will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a large setting, prioritising workloads and managing tasks.

About the person

The suitable candidate must hold at least a level 2/3 qualification in early years which is full and relevant.

• Safeguarding qualification is desirable as is, SEN training, paediatric first aid and food hygiene.
• Versatile communicative skills such as verbal, written and being able to converse in different situations.
• Professionalism within everything you do.
• To have a good sense of humour and a fun, bubbly person!
