Job summary

Premier Education Ltd. is recruiting Early Years Practitioners to support three school-based preschools in the Wigan and Leigh area. The roles offer flexible, daily and short-term supply work within school hours, typically 8:30am–3:30pm.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications (or QTS/EYTS), with passion for working with young children, strong teamwork, reliability and EYFS knowledge. DBS checks will be required.

• Founded on recognised Early Years qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3) or QTS/EYTS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and ability to settle into new environments.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with their learning, development and daily routines.
• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate play-based activities.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships.
• Working alongside experienced Early Years staff.
• Supporting children's wellbeing and safeguarding.

Premier Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to support three welcoming school-based preschools across the Wigan and Leigh areas.

We have a variety of daily supply and short-term cover opportunities, perfect for practitioners who enjoy working with young children but would prefer flexibility without committing to a permanent role.

Whether you're looking for a few days each week, occasional cover or regular short-term bookings, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

You will be working within friendly, supportive preschool teams, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children with their learning, development and daily routines.

• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate play-based activities.

• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships.

• Working alongside experienced Early Years staff.

• Supporting children's wellbeing and safeguarding.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) or QTS/EYTS.
