Job summary

Bright Horizons Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool in Farnham is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a love of learning and safe exploration.

You will support development toward EYFS milestones and build trusted partnerships with parents. The role requires a full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and a passion for inclusive, playful learning environments.

Nursery: Bright Horizons Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Level 2 £27,009.60 to £27,823.80 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Salary: Level 3 £28,0732.60 to £33,020 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Westchester House Day Nursery, situated in Farnham.

This nursery offers a long standing team, local transport easily accessible, free parking and regular team building events and soon to be refurbished garden.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
