Job summary

Bright Horizons Weybridge is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for children in a Weybridge setting, guided by EYFS principles. You will foster a caring, inclusive environment where children can express themselves and develop through play.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s development milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and explore learning.
• Build trust and strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures and DBS requirements.
