Job summary

Smile Education in Manchester is seeking a motivated Early Years Practitioner to join a term-time, 30-hour-per-week role. You will support young children in a safe, nurturing environment, working Monday to Friday during school terms.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, have prior experience with Early Years children, and show care, initiative, and reliability. First Aid training may be required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification specialising in Early Years.
• Experience of working with Early Years children.
• Be caring, compassionate and dedicated to making a positive difference to children's lives.
• Be able to use their initiative and assist colleagues when needed.
• Be proactive in anticipating challenges and resolving them.
• Be highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic about their role.
• Be willing to undertake First Aid training if required.
