Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children, supporting development toward milestones. You will foster a safe space where children can express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements include a full Level 2 or above Early Years qualification and a strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward milestones.
