Job summary

Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities that support each child’s development. You will foster a safe, inclusive environment where children can freely express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Role requires Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to plan, create and reflect on engaging early years activities.
• Ability to build trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on activities tailored to each child.
• Provide a safe environment that supports expression and learning.
• Support development towards key milestones and foster a love of learning.
