Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a Qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner for a lovely school in Barnet. The role is full-time, with hours 8:15am-3:45pm, and pays £95-£110 per day. Start toward the end of November with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will support children's development, deliver high-quality early years provision and help children have the best possible start to their educational journey within a supportive school team.

Qualifications

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum.
• Confident observing development and linking observations to EYFS.
• Proactive team player with initiative and a nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication with children, colleagues, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support children's development and deliver high-quality early years provision.
• Help ensure children have the best possible start to their educational journey.
• Observe and record progress, linking to EYFS framework.
• Work collaboratively with the school team to support learning and wellbeing.
