Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a Qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner for a lovely school in Barnet. The role is full-time, with hours 8:15am-3:45pm, and pays £95-£110 per day. Start toward the end of November with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will support children's development, deliver high-quality early years provision and help children have the best possible start to their educational journey within a supportive school team.

Qualifications

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum.
• Confident observing development and linking observations to EYFS.
• Proactive team player with initiative and a nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication with children, colleagues, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to join an amazing school in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional who is committed to supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The Role

Starting towards the end of November, this full-time position will continue until at least the end of the academic year in July, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

You will play an important role in supporting children's development, delivering high-quality early years provision and ensuring that children have the best possible start to their educational journey.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or an equivalent recognised early years qualification.
• Have previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally within a school environment.
• Have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and curriculum.
• Be confident observing children's development, linking observations to the EYFS framework and maintaining accurate records.
• Be a proactive team player with plenty of initiative and a positive, nurturing approach.
• Have excellent communication skills when working with children, colleagues, parents and external agencies.

Hours & Pay

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am-3:45pm.
• Start date: Towards the end of November.
• Contract: Full-time, until at least the end of the academic year in July.
• Pay: £95-£110 per day, depending on experience.Please note that this is a full-time position, with no part-time option available.
