Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to join a wonderful school in Barnet. This is a full-time role supporting children's early learning and wellbeing, delivering EYFS-aligned activities and observations to help children start their educational journey.

Starting towards the end of November and continuing until at least July, with a potential for a permanent position for the right candidate, the role offers regular hours and a competitive daily

Qualifications

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or an equivalent recognised early years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally within a school.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum.
• Ability to observe children's development and link observations to EYFS with accurate records.
• Proactive team player with initiative and a nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication with children, colleagues, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support children's development and learning in early years.
• Deliver high-quality EYFS provision in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate observations and records linked to EYFS.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support wellbeing.
