Job summary

Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities that support each child's development. You will foster a safe, expressive environment and nurture a lifelong love of learning within a welcoming team.

You will ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and EYFS compliance, while building positive partnerships with colleagues and families to support every child's progress.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
