Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward key milestones. You will foster a safe, expressive environment that promotes a lifelong love of learning.

You will work within an inclusive setting, following EYFS guidelines, with safeguarding at the forefront and ongoing opportunities for professional development and parental partnership.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging activities tailored to key children to support development toward milestones.
• Implement activities and reflect on effectiveness to promote learning.
• Create a safe environment that enables children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
