Job summary

Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover. The role runs 9:30am–2:30pm, five days a week, at our Bracknell nursery.

You will plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child and help foster their development in a safe, supportive setting. We require a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and a strong EYFS/safeguarding understanding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Encourage development towards key milestones in a safe environment.
• Support children to express themselves and foster a love of learning.
