Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a 30-hour/week role in Shepherds Bush, West London. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, nurture development, and foster a love of learning in a safe, inclusive setting.

You will hold a Level 3+ EYFS qualification, with safeguarding knowledge and strong partnership with parents. Enhanced parental leave, pension, and wellbeing benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that encourages expression and learning.
• Support development towards key milestones and learning through play.
