Job summary

Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to provide lunch-cover support, Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, at our Worthing setting. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them progress towards key milestones within the EYFS framework.

You will work in a safe and inclusive environment, building trust with families and colleagues, and ensuring safeguarding and DBS checks are completed before appointment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child
• Maintain a safe environment allowing children to express themselves and develop
• Foster a lifelong love of learning and build partnerships with parents/carers
