Job summary

Bright Horizons Sawbridgeworth Nursery is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned to each child’s development, creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and a solid understanding of safeguarding and EYFS. DBS checks apply in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a love of learning.
