Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool in Esher, Surrey invites applications for a part-time Early Years Practitioner (lunch cover 20 hours per week, 11am–3pm). You will plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities aligned to EYFS, helping children reach milestones in a safe, inclusive environment.
You will hold Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, possess safeguarding knowledge, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

Salary: £29,619 - £34,840 per annum pro rata (depending on qualification and experience)

We are looking for a part time (lunch cover 20 hours per week, working 11am to 3pm), Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our newly refurbished, purpose built Bright Horizons Hinchley wood setting, located close to Hinchley Wood Station just off the Kingston by pass. We have the rare privilege of having 4 different outdoor areas, all with their own unique qualities. We have a large car park for staff and parents. Only a short walk from a main line rail station and bus services. Diverse team with experience ranging from 1 - 21 years within the company.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
