Job summary

A local preschool in Luton is seeking a managerial role for a dedicated practitioner. You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 20 months to 5 years. Ideal candidates must possess a Level 3 qualification and a SEN Qualification, along with essential experience in early years settings. This is a zero-hours contract, with hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm during term time only.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in early years education or similar.
• SEN Qualification required for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Previous experience in a preschool or early years setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Manager to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
• Support children's development through play and structured activities.
