Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a busy primary school in Wellingborough. The role starts in October, with competitive PAYE daily pay and a full-time, term-time pattern.

It offers a temp-to-perm route for the right candidate and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant. You will support children in the Early Years, deliver learning through play, and work closely with teachers to meet each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• Desirable Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years setting.
• Deliver engaging learning activities through play.
• Encourage children's social, emotional and educational development.
• Create a positive, safe and nurturing classroom environment.

A friendly and supportive primary school in Wellingborough is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team from October. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging environment where every child can thrive. You'll play an important role in supporting children's early development and helping them build the confidence, independence and skills they need as they begin their education.

The role includes:

• Supporting children across the Early Years setting
• Delivering engaging learning activities through play
• Encouraging children's social, emotional and educational development

• Working closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's individual needs

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting
• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3 (desirable)
• Is caring, energetic and enthusiastic
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development
• Communicates well with children, colleagues and parents
• Works well as part of a team
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
• Is available to work full-time
