Thrive Childcare and Education Culcheth, Warrington, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. You will deliver high-quality EYFS education and care, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.

This role suits an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking childcare setting, with full-time and part-time hours available and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.
