Thrive Childcare and Education in Chester is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment. The role welcomes experienced practitioners ready to grow within a supportive setting.

You'll deliver high-quality early education aligned with EYFS, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, stimulating environment while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.

Location: Thrive Grosvenor House, Chester
Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available
Salary: £13.75 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Grosvenor House, Chester. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
