Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Corner House team in Trafford Park. You will deliver high-quality early years education, supporting learning, development and wellbeing within a nurturing nursery environment.

The role suits an experienced EY Practitioner or Nursery Nurse looking to grow in a supportive childcare setting, with strong EYFS knowledge and a caregiving, proactive approach to every child’s start in life.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge and safeguarding principles.
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children’s progress.
• Work with the team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Salary: £13.75 per hour (Level 3)

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
