Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) in Forest Row to support young learners in a nurturing EYFS environment. You will act as a Key Person, delivering age-appropriate activities and tracking progress while maintaining high safety and safeguarding standards.

The role requires Level 2/3 EY Qualification and prior Early Years experience, with enhanced DBS and references. Competitive hourly pay and a friendly team await in East Sussex.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) and satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligning with EYFS.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to support development.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and safeguarding.
