Thrive Childcare and Education is hiring an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 at Corner House, Lawton Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on delivering high-quality EYFS education and care in a nurturing nursery setting.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 EYFS, with experience as a practitioner, and is passionate about child development and parental engagement. Full and part-time roles available with an emphasis on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required (essential).
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and readiness for school.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.
