Thrive Childcare and Education in Chester is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join Thrive Cotton Lane. You will deliver high-quality early years education and care, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing nursery.

We welcome passionate applicants with Level 3 EYFS qualifications and EYFS knowledge. This full-time/part-time role offers DBS registration support, a clear progression path, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner preferred.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.
