Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner at Corner House Wistaston, Crewe. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care within a nurturing nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children's progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
