Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner at Corner House Audley Road, Stoke-on-Trent. The role places children first while supporting staff with learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery setting.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 in Early Years, has EYFS knowledge and strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a supportive team. Full-time and part-time hours are available with excellent progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.
