Job summary

Bright Horizons Lewisham Day Nursery and Preschool in Lewisham, London is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a lunch-cover role, Monday to Friday, year‑round. You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, helping their development in a supportive environment.

We welcome applicants with a Level 2 EY qualification, strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge and the ability to build partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.
