Job summary

Bright Horizons Wimbledon Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover in the Wimbledon area. You will plan engaging activities tailored to each child, ensuring a safe environment and strong partnerships with families to support child development.

Applicants should hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, with a passion for inclusive learning and a solid EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones.
• Create and maintain a safe environment and supervise children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers to support learning goals.
• Foster a love of learning and positive relationships with children and families.
